Refund policy

I have a 30-day return policy, which means if it has been more than 30 days unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must be able to provide proof of original purchase, also. 

Please note customised items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or cancellation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damages and issues

I obviously hope that you love your items and they arrive in perfect condition ! however in the instance that an item has arrived damaged, I ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item. So I can review any issues and put them right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom orders.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Sale items

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact me as soon as possible on the above email and if your order has not yet been dispatched, I will endeavour to change your order before it has been shipped. If it has already been shipped, you will need to return the item to myself before it can be exchanged. 

Depending on where you live and stock availability the time it may take for your exchanged product to be dispatched and delivered to you, may vary.

Shipping costs 

Please be aware, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds cannot be issued until I have received the returned items.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

if the products are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

You'll be notified once the item(s) are received and a decision has been made and i the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. (Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.)Once the refund, has been released I am not in control over how long it takes to be processed by banks, or credit card companies.
