Shipping policy

Please note that order processing time and shipping times are separate. 

Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped using Royal Mail.

Uk orders are shipped by tracked48 service. shipping is dependent on Royal Mail but tends to range between 2-3 days.

USA Orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked.

How do I check the status of my order 

When your order has been posted, you will receive a notification via email- please be sure to check your junk emails for this. The shipping confirmation will contain a tracking link for your order.

However if , items haven't been received 5 working days after shipping confirmation please contact me and I will make inquiries to Royal Mail. 

In the case of increased of processing time due to either a large quantity of orders or a limitation of stock you will be contacted. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All UK orders are shipped with tracked48 postage.

USA Orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked and import duties and tarriffs are included in the total paid at checkout
